Xeon Dell Poweredge

How much ram is enough for a SBS Standard Edition server?
I'm trying to come up with some specs for a decently running 2003 Small Business Server. It will be utilizing exchange functions, and mostly file-serving. The current specs are as follows: (it's a dell poweredge 1900)
2 x 1.6 Ghz Intel Xeon Dual Core processors
2 x 500GB SATA drives in a RAID1 Configuration
It's going to be put in place in an office of 15 users. How much RAM do you think I will need? I was thinking 2 or 4GB.
Considering the price of RAM, go with the 4GB. You will probably never utilize all of it with 15 users but atleast you'll have it avaialable for the OS.
