How much does a Houlihan's Server usually make during a night shift?

I'm really wondering what the prices are like since the 10-20% tips should normally be coming from the check. I'm coming from Red Lobster where meals are usuall in the $20-$40 per plate range and can make about $100 in a few hour shift. Thanks.
