am i killing my power supply on my computer?

i have a 530 watt power supply on an ibm intellistation z pro 6223, i am powering an nvidia geforce 9600 gt 512mb, a dual processor motherboard (XEON) and 4 gigs of ram, a western digital 250gig hd, 12 fans, a dual fan controller, a 2 port usb, audio and mini dvi port adapter (OEM), bluetooth adapter, and many other things, am i killing my powersupply?

No. As long as there's enough wattage to supply the individual components, it's not like the PS is going to die because you have all that stuff. You might need a PS with more wattage, but I can't tell from those items you listed. You'll have to look at the specs for each component and do the math.

Power supplies actually do begin to die the moment you first turn them one. But that's no different from any other machine. Everything dies, eventually.
