How to configure my Search for Media Servers on my PS3 ?
HP Laptop Vista Home, Intel 1.5 Ghz 4Go Ram
PS3 40go
Router Airport Extrem Draft N
I'm not really sure what you are asking, but you shouldn't need to configure anything on your PS3. You need to install a Media Server on your computer, if you don't have one, and configure it correctly. Then just tell your PS3 to search for media servers and as long as your laptop and PS3 are on the same router, it should find it.
I recommend TVersity Media Server, it's the one I use for my PS3. You can download it free here: http://tversity.com/home. It's straight forward for setting up to use with PS3. There's even some preprogrammed options in it to set it up with PS3.
