Case Server

Can you edit a webpage without having access to the main server?

I am looking to create a webpage for my school. I would like the teachers to be able to edit their own webpage without giving everyone access to the main server (could be dangerous). Is there a program that already exists to do that? Or would I have to write something in code? (if that's the case, what is the recommended language/script?)
Any advice would be appreciated.

Yes this is possible but u need to be too creative to do this. U can use ASP.net
