How to Print restricted PDF?

Several days ago, my friend tell me he has a PDF file need to print, he click the File>Print and found it is grey. He send the PDF file to me and I found it is a restricted PDF which do not allow others from copying, printing:
Security Method: Password Security

Document Open Password: No

Permissions Password: Yes

Printing: None

Changing the Document: Not Allowed

Content Copying or Extract: Not Allowed

Commenting: Not Allowed

Content Accessibility Enabled: Not Allowed

Document Assembly: Not Allowed

Encryption Level: Low (40-bit RC4)

In fact, there are two ways to print restricted PDF file: one is to remove the security from PDF, the other is to convert the PDF to Word document.

Remove the security from PDF:

What you need is a PDF Password Remover. Just click Next to install the program, it is so easy. Click Add files to import the restricted PDF and then click Start to remove the security from PDF, And then you will find the File>Print is available.

Convert the restricted PDF to Word document:

What you need is a PDF to Word Converter which supports encrypted PDF file. Download and install the PDF to Word Converter. Click Add files to import restricted PDF and you will see a lock before the file name. You can choose the page you want to convert. Click Convert! After conversion, you will get a editable Microsoft Word document, you can print it directly!
