How can I give a client my webpage for a presentation without handing it over?

I don't have web-space. All I have is an apache2 server running on a local machine that I developed everything from. I wrote out all the code and he plans to pay me so I don't want to just hand over all the work on a silver-platter and then have him possibly cut me off and keep what I made.
Added details: I wrote the code in php, it links to a css and images folder for style and content.
Added details: My client plans on hosting it. This is my first contracting job so please bare with! haha.

How is the code wrote? Is it in back end files or can it be viewed through reading the source if it was on a website? I'd personally just register a site with Godaddy or another place and pay the 2 dollars a month and host it yourself and he can access it from any machine that is on the internet.

Edit: Another option is to publish the document as a powerpoint. Powerpoint has the option of creating a self executable so it can be used anywhere without having the program. Adobe is another option but not everyone has Adobe and sometimes Adobe doesn't format it correctly.

If your client is hosting it, then there is no way to hide the source code. Sign a contract in case he does but you are in a stick situation. Hopefully he doesn't screw you over. You could implement something in the code to only work within a time frame. If he isn't smart it will stop working. Have it check for dates and times and spread it throughout several places in the code.
