What are the Hardware Specification for server and 21 clients?
This would be better to use a domain, rather than a workgroup. You can use a workgroup for up to 10 computers, where each computer functions on its own without a centralized database (such as something running Windows server 2000) that keeps a track of the terminals. Log ons are managed by each computer.
For more than 10, you'll need to use a domain and each client will be linked to a host controller computer, which will manage the communication between computers.
