How many 1U blades will fit in a 6 foot tall server cabinet?

Just blades. I know you need line conditioners and management infterface consoles and such. I'm interested in how many U the cabinet will hold.
One rack unit (or U or RU) is 1.75 inches in height.
Allowing for about 1" thickness for the cabinet top and bottom, 40 1U blades would fit in a 6' tall cabinet.
If the usable height of the rack rails inside the cabinet is really 6', then that would allow 41 rack units.
