I really need help in BIOS update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I`ve got an Intel i860 Colusa motherboard with 2x XEON 2.2 Ghz HT processors. Phoenix BIOS 4.0 Release 6.0

This BIOS hasn`t got any menu to set the memory timings and cpu frequencies(for overclocking).

If anybody could tell or find me link for newer BIOS download, that would be greatful!!

This computer still has 1Gb RAMBUS 400MHz memory, 36Gb Seagate Cheetah 10k SCSI HDD, 400 Gb Samsung 7200 IDE HDD, SAPPHIRE ATI Radeon x1600 pro 256Mb graphic card.

This computer still able to run the latest games with very high quality graphics but i need some extra performance because i do believe that these XEONs are able to take higher frequency(they don`t get hot when CPU utilization 100% with all the 4 `core` (2+2HT) and the memory too. The memory timings are also very high so i think there is some more power in it.

Firstly, nice hardware setup - It really does sound like a top notch machine.

Secondly, don't try to upgrade your bios. I've known many people destroy their motherboards trying this (you can send it to the manufacturer to get fixed but it's not really worth it).

If I were you, I would simply make do with what you have. Trying to upgrade your bios might be the end of your supreme machine for a while until you can get a new board or get the current one remastered.

Your machine is obviously a very high spec machine so I would suggest you stay happy with it to be honest.
