Raid Nas

need help building a NAS server?

I'm pretty experienced when it comes to computers, but first time network attached storage builder. So far I have these essential components;

(1) Highpoint Rocketraid 2320 8 Channel SATA2 RAID PCI-E4 Controller - $305CAD
(6) Seagate 320gb SATA2 HDD's - $776CAD

Cost is already high, so I'd like recommendations for a quiet/cool case for up to 8 hdd's, a motherboard, ram and psu for all of it. Thanks for any input or experiences
