Can Any one suggest me For Upgrading My 915GVWB Mother Board with P4 Processor to A reasonable System ?

I M having P4 Processor
With 512 Ram on Intel 915GVWB Mother Board.
I Would like to Upgrade my PC .. with some Reasonable priced hardwares to form an update PC , Plz give You suggestions so that i can prefer and buy my parts with your knowlege.....Thanks in Advance
I suggest this configuration if you are just a moderate user:
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 or Core 2 Duo 8400 if you are for gaming
A P965 chipset motherboard I recommend ASUS P5B E Plus which should be enough for normal use, if you are a gamer, go for ASUS P5KR
Nvidia 9600GT graphic card should be enough for moderate gaming
2 GB of RAM
Seagate 250GB SATAII Hardisk drive
