Can anyone help me shop for 1U short racks?

Really I'm looking for something in a JBOD like Synology's RS-407, but it's a bit on the pricey side ($900+!). I've looked for 1U servers to my specifications, but haven't found much. Anyone have a lead on somewhere where I can get a short depth (<20") 1U rack with hot-swappable bays (2-4) and hardware RAID for a good price?
